RECENT UPDATE AS OF 5:45PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME– So many of you have written out of concern. My blog was down for hours today and I am so sorry. This was totally out of my control as my hosting company, claims that due to the amount of pictures and heavy traffic my blog was taking up too much CPU from a shared server….don’t even ask. I am wiped from a stressful day of being on the phone trying to get this rectified and I believe I have so please sit back relax and enjoy the contest. I look forward to a new and hopefully MUCH SMOOTHER day tomorrow.
This contest is only open to entrants in the U.S. (I had mentioned this in a previous post but want to clarify)
Hello! Today is the start of my contest, Dining room Love and let me tell you now…you are in for a treat! I was so thrilled with the beautiful dining rooms submitted by my readers. I capped it at 60 pictures to keep things under control (slightly miscalculated and have 67 here).? A wonderful,? amazingly beautiful assortment of all kinds of dining rooms were sent in by my super talented readers and I am delighted to share them with you here today!
I have set this up poll style, so you can vote for your three favorites (recognizing its nearly impossible to choose just one). I hope you enjoy this wonderful collection of dining rooms…. I know I did!
Remember some of my readers sent in two pics, so you might see two that look nearly identical, some of my readers have had their beautiful homes published (in case you are thinking you might have seen a room or two in a magazine:), some might have taken professional pictures while others might be interior designers……it’s safe to say that they all love their dining rooms:)
Get out those pencils and paper, you just might need it!

Are my readers good and talented or are they good and talented? Wow…..I am honored that these are my readers!! Of course the really hard part is having to vote….not an easy task as there are just so? many wonderful entrants. This contest will run today and tomorrow and I will announce a winner on Saturday morning. You can vote for up to 3 pictures (voting allowed once a day) so you can vote both days if you feel so inclined. Thanks again to all who submitted their stunning images and letting us peek into their beautiful dining rooms and to everyone else for stopping and being part of the fun. Wishing you a fabulous day and end to your week. Until Saturday……….
Tina I cannot believe how many beautiful rooms there are. We are moving to a new house late June and I cannot wait, got so many beautiful ideas here. You do have really talented readers. I had to scroll up and down several times but finally narrowed it down to my top 3. Fun contest.
Dear Tina,
What a great number of dining rooms!! Oh dear, so hard to choose. But I choose for n?31 because of the beautiful wall paper!! Just beautiful!
xx
Greet
Lots of beautiful rooms here, but I’m surprised about how many very traditional rooms there are. We see so many spare, modern rooms in magazines and on decor web sites. Apparently when it comes down to it, we prefer traditional homes — or maybe just the readers of your blog do.Thanks for curating this lovely post!
WOW talk about a lot of talented readers – I don’t think I could choose just ONE from those gorgeous shots!
Thank you to everyone for sharing all the beauty in the world via dining rooms
Have a wonderful and beautiful day!
I am floored over how pretty all of these are. I have so many favorites it was hard to narrow down to just 3! My absolute favorite was 10, 3, 31, 58 and 67 but honestly they are all so special. I cannot wait to see who wins! Thank you for hosing such an enjoyable and inspiring contest.
Hi Tina, I chose my 3 dining room favorites and also loved many of the beautiful Spring table settings. It’s amazing how everyone has a distinct and personal style-all unique and inviting in their own way. I especially love the colors in no.19.
Hugs,
Kathy
Oh my goodness this is wonderful Tina, and so lovely to share with you.
All the dining rooms are beautiful and congratulations must go to so many talented ladies who have entered your contest, it is such fun always
I especially love the marble floor and italianate of 34 of course 🙂 but number 28 is breathtaking, heart beats faster…. out of this world, what a view!
There so much beauty and inspiration captured here..I shall enjoy all the weekend
Tina I voted and have to say they are all so pretty1 I had my immediate few favorites, I just adore everything about 9, what a perfect room.
I also want to point out it looks like someone is having everyone they know vote for them, it seems “skewed” dining room 63 has a very disproportionate number of votes which I think is surprising, its not so above and beyond all the other rooms. I know how fair you are and thought you would want to know.
I love your contests and hope to enter the next one.
I cheated. I went through the pictures already before Sista and I could go through them tonite with a glass of vino!I have a lot of faves. Just have to narrow it down so I can vote. Have a great weekend, Tina!
So much inspiration and eye candy – and as usual pretty much impossible to pick a favorite or three! Thanks for rounding all this goodness up, Tina. Hope you have a beautiful weekend! XOXO
This really inspires me to finish my poor neglected dining room…a room we hardly ever use! These are all very beautiful. I have two favorites #3 and #67. Just love the feeling of both of those spaces. Fun post!
Wow what gorgeous rooms, all of them, I cast my votes for 3. Got some great ideas also. Might have to go thru to look again, be sure I didn’t miss anything. Loved it all, interesting how people decorate their homes. Would be great to win that incredible bag. Happy Spring.
Hi Tina,
This is just horrible but I to wanted to let you know something is not working with the voting. I noticed also that one room had one to many votes, just didnt seem possible. So I refreshed the page and put in another vote for the same rooms, when I refreshed the page it let me do it again. I went back to see if in fact the numbers changed and they did. I am saying this because I didnt want to mess with other votes so I did it to mine. You know which room is mine so I wanted to let you know that it has an extra vote that should not be there. I feel bad saying this as I know how much this is stressing you… I hope you are able to get it worked out. Just dont stress to much… I am sure I can speak for all of us and say its just not worth getting that upset over. My thoughts are with you as you try and figure this out.
Wow. Just Wow. Some of these are just SO amazing. That wall mural/wallcovering in #31 is remarkable. And for a little more contemporary space, # 53 was refreshing. The professionally photographed ones were hard to pass up but in the end, #67 was a perfect grand finale. I’m only disappointed that we didn’t see Joni’s diningroom (Cote de Texas). I don’t know her personally (sort of feel like I should) but based on photos from her blog, her dr and library are 2 of the most cozy, welcoming spaces I’ve ever seen. Thanks Tina for a super enjoyable way for me to spend my perch time and for all the insightful and interesting things you share with your readers. It will be exciting to see who wins the contest and I hope you will share your top picks with us readers. Happy Saturday ~ TJF

Just beautiful. LOVE the ones with the spring tablescapes, wonderful.
Your readers have such beautiful homes! Love #58/62, and #54 because of the Balcon de Guadalquivir china. Have a great weekend!

I had a hard time picking one, you were right! Lovely rooms Tina. hang in there with the issues on the server!
63 has that many votes? I am surprised, looks like someone is getting everyone she knows to vote for her room. Not cool.
Tina, I love so many and think that your readers have excellent taste. #3 is my absolute favorite of all, thank you for holding the contest.
OH MY! They are ALL gorgeous!!! It was hard to choose!
Tina…so many beautiful dinning rooms….I need to get busy on mine! This was a fun post!
What an inspiring collection of dining rooms, Tina! It was fun choosing. I love the last one (#67), but it was so hard to pick just one!
I hope you’re doing well & have a relaxing weekend after the blog stress. Don’t you just hate tech-trouble?! I know I do.

Since there were a few room that were shown more than once, I will list all those numbers in my choices:
1) 28 & 19
2) 21
3) 3,12, 33
