I think monograms should be on everything that isn’t nailed down! We have monograms in all of our bedrooms in our house and I wouldn’t want it any other way:) They are so classically elegant and with today’s multitude of choices and styles, they can sway easily towards? more transnational/modern which makes them look fresh and new.
Then of course you can go the route of? the classically elegant traditional monograms which are here to stay. Either way……..whatever your style, suffice to say there is a monogram out there for you! So let’s take a look at some of the best…..

Don’t be afraid to infuse a little fun color into your monogram. Case in point here, this is fantastic looking! J and J Design Group
OK, OK, so you love the look. You want the look and have decided you need monograms on your bed. How to get it? Well to start, if you have bedding you already love, then you can buy a few pillows and add them to your existing bedding ensemble.
Or you can go all the way and do an entire ensemble, I did for my own bedroom and never looked back. I smile every time I walk into my room:) Here are some favorite and “sure thing” monogram bedding sources-
Click on title of each company or bedding ensemble to visit site
One of my favorite sources who I have used and recommended many times is Calico Daisy, love her appliqued monogrammed pillows, they make a real statement! In fact just ordered a wonderful pair of shams for my sons eventual room makeover. You can customize monogram style and, font color and fabric color to create your dream pillow.? Click here to visit Calico Daisy
Leontine Linens is also known as the unofficial Rolls Royce of monogrammed linens, you could go nuts on their website, don’t say I didn’t warn you
Then there are other resources that are a bit more affordable and equally as gorgeous and right now Horchow is incidentally having a 30% off sale:)? Click on title of each bedding ensemble to get information-
How to choose! They are all so incredibly fabulous. To me, nothing is prettier than a bed with monogrammed goodness adorning it. The fun part which is true now more than ever, is there are no rules. You can mix and match colors, prints, and styles.
You can keep it soft and quite and monochromatic or go for a splash of fun color and bold pattern if that is what you love….as shown above, nearly anything goes. And the way a single monogrammed pillow can somehow tie it all together is quite remarkable. It is the perfect finishing touch if you ask me!
So your turn to? weigh in on the matter…yay or nay? Thank you for stopping in, wishing you a fabulous day. Until next time……
Love all the monogramed bedding. I have a monogram pillow or bedding in each of my bedrooms too. I adore the look. Thanks for sharing all the great photos.
I am the biggest fan and I love them in all colors. I tend to go more neutral with my monograms, but the bigger the better in my book! Leontines are my favorite!!
Good morning dearest tina! I enjoy the vintage white french monogrammed linens, but they are hard to find. Besutiful phoyod here as ususl, amd it is fun to see you on instagram too! Anita
Love, love, love monograms. Thank you so much for the beautiful photos and monogram vendor info. I wake up every morning looking for your next blog! You are wonderful !!!!!
I love the look of monograms as well. I think they’re very classic and elegant. I even love them on slipcovers! The only room I don’t put them in is our guest room because I don’t want to emphasize to guests that they’re not in their own home. Obviously they’re not, but I leave out things like my family photos and such that might trigger homesickness. Does that make sense?
Tina, My theory is “monogram everything” so a big yay to this one. Although we don’t have any, can you believe? A girlfriend just started repping Walker Valentine and they have darling monogrammed bedding so I’ve got it on my list to have some made for us.
Hope you have fun in the city today – I’m wishing I could cram a run through the exhibit in next Thursday, but doubt it’s possible. Which means I may just have to head back to NYC at some point this summer! XOXO
Yay to monograms! I just ordered some more monogrammed bath towels and I have lots of monogrammed linens for entertaining. My bed needs monogrammed shams;) Thanks for sharing Tina!
Yay, yay, yay for monograms! I have 3 new sleeveless blouses on order for summer casual wear– all with monograms to add to my collection of monogrammed long sleeve blouses, turtlenecks, tanks, tees, sweatshirts, cardigans, etc. I tend to like plain, classic clothes, so the touch of a monogram just raises each item up a notch. Love to give monogrammed towels as shower gifts for both the brides and the new babies. Last year for Christmas I gave every female in my family a navy monogrammed turtleneck with a hot pink monogram — made for a cute family shot!
For bedding I prefer more of the tonal look a la Phoebe Howard, although Tina’s lovely guest room is inspiring me to a possible new project!
I also love wearing my monogrammed baseball cap when I walk the dog!
However — my love of all things monogrammed ends with upholstered furniture! Too much!
Thanks, as always, for your fun & inspiring posts!
Monograms are ALWAYS a good idea…especially on linens!! I adore every one of these. Hope the rest of your week is going well…it sounds like you have been BUSY! xoxo
Stunning as always, Tina! I will definitely visit a couple of the sites you recommended as I am redoing our master bedroom and I am looking everywhere for inspiration
Tina oh yes I love monograms in the bedroom and how you can go from a feminine design look to a very crisp and masculine vibe! I must order new shams soon!
You know where I stand, even without asking, don’t you?! Monogrammed is a YAY from me. Love my own Leontine Linens and both my boys’ beds have monograms on them. It’s just what we do. :))
Gorgeous examples and there’s not one I don’t love.
You know Cathy Kincaid has a room at this year’s Kips Bay, right? You’ll love it!
xoxo Elizabeth

I love the look of a monogram pillow or bedding ensemble. I prefer the old fashioned look, not so much the modern style. I adored that blue and green toile bedroom by Kathryn Greeley. You find the best of the best to post here Tina. I had to pin it! xo
