***THE ORNAMENTS ARE ON NEW YORK SOIL! GOING THROUGH CUSTOMS WE SHOULD HAVE THEM BY TUES/WED. ORDERS WILL START GOING RIGHT OUT!!***
Hello and happy Friday evening! Hope you are well and gearing up for a relaxing fall weekend. The weather here has gotten much cooler the last few days and I must admit I am loving it:) Though I wouldn’t mind if we could stop at 50 degrees….I am kind of done with below zero frigid NY winters.
As I periodically do, I share snippets of my life (the good and pretty only) via pictures taken with my iPhone. It’s a fun way to share. So without further ado here we go…..
These two scrumptious elements are for a clients pillows…going to be beautiful!
Was inspired to add this garden seat in the living room after going over Mark Sike’s wonderful book, Beautiful
How fun are these fabrics!! I spotted them at a fabric outlet and thought they are so charming!
Added these pretty pillows to these chairs in my bedroom
Enjoyed creating this pretty fall tablescape for “It’s All Set” last week
This might be the tastiest tomato I have ever had, it was incredible!!
Perhaps the coziest room in our house, one which I do not think I have featured…the library. Love it especially in the colder months:)
Wrapped up these beautiful napkins for a lucky client, I do love white on white..so elegant!
Yes kind of obsessed with my lemon zester, best little gadget ever:)
We are lucky to have the neatest super authentic Italian specialty shop only 15 min away, I make weekly stops there…their cured meats and cheeses are unparalleled!
The fall foliage has not started quite yet but this tree is always well ahead of schedule, so beautiful.
Friday morning the GORGEOUS Provence planters came in! Even prettier in person!!
Loving this color, a super pale blue
My all white theme is coming along…flowers are starting to really open up!
Above is a sad looking room at the warehouse which is about to be converted into a much prettier office! Carpet getting installed tomorrow, everything was moved out today
How pretty is this above? It is commercial carpet that I found, cannot wait to see it in:) I would put this in a home!
A busy week calls for an occasional “splurge” in this case that means Shake Shack on the run! Yum!!
Had fun experimenting for my client and doing a dress rehearsal with her gorgeous deep green velvet that will go onto a window seat, and we are going to fill it with blue and white pillows
Loved stopping off at a local bathroom/kitchen showroom and seeing all that is new and beautiful in that world!
So love this sink for the PB powder room, it’s all about budget though:)
When I cook this cutie pie is never far away…he has a box seat right in front of the stove!
Playing with more holiday themed items on my mantle…gorgeous pumpkins from The Relished Roost and these stunning holiday topiary trees (coming soon)!
And saving the best for last….Mr. Teddy striking a pose:)
So there you have an idea of the highlights of my week….thank you as always for stopping in. Wishing you a wonderful Friday evening and start to your weekend. Until Sunday….
PS Tomorrow is the last day to take advantage of the amazing items being offered in the newest porcelain container. Some really fabulous items all at incredible pricing up for grabs, click here if you missed it!
So much to love, Tina and a busy week, I see. The pillows on your chairs look gorgeous and love the addition of the garden seat…fabulous and of course, your mascot on the front porch is the best! Happy weekend!
Tina-Poo, YOU & TEDDY are my favorite posts ever. I love dogs too. Love all you design works too, and WOW getting an office means you are growing very fast doesn’t it? You are so very talented and so very NICE. Wish you were closer !!!
SO GREAT TO UNWIND AT NIGHT WITH A CUP OF COFFEE AND SEE WHATS BEAUTIFUL IN THE WORLD. IF POSSIBLE, MY DINING ROOM IS BLUE AND WHITE, WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHOS FABRIC THAT WAS WITH THE DOGS AND CATS. THANKS SO MUCH.
Tina, I love your finds, and especially Mr. Teddy! I am of Italian descent and always found it exciting to go to the Italian store on Sundays — I can smell the fennel and cheeses! Thanks for the pasta fagiole recipe!
Love the change of colors — and those leaves! We have a longer wait her in So Cal for that burst of color!
P.S. I have a yellow lemon juicer I adore like your grater!
Table settings are my pastime and plates!! So always like that posting!
Teddy….he’s the best! He looks so much like our Golden Abby and she too lies right in front of the stove when I’m trying to cook. She’ll move if I ask her but I hardly ever do..
@bonnie: A similar dog theme pattern is available in wallpaper called Dog’s Life AF1940 comes in different colorways. Book name, Ashford Toiles by York Wallcoverings. Maybe the book offers the fabric too?? It’s so cute.
Tina, you are the busiest woman I know! How do you do it all?? Thanks for sharing your library, so warm and inviting. Always great to get a glimpse of your world through your lense. Love it all! Happy weekend.
Teddy was posing so beautifully! I love it! And your library is exquisite; the deep, rich color makes it a super cozy room. I love that too. So much to look at. Thank you!
Teddy is certainly a very handsome dude – just don’t tell my Rexx I said that…He used to lay by the stove but now he’s learned that he can sit on the couch with his chin on the back pillow and get an eagle’s eye view of everything I’m doing on the kitchen island – and only gets down when he spots something he wants to beg a taste of.
That dog & cat toile fabric is darling and how sweet would that be in a little girl’s room? Could you let us know which fabric shop that came from? Is it that great one in Norwalk, CT?
So fun that you share all this with your readers . Always look forward to your post.
Micro planes are the best. There are more to choose from that you may like. Thanks for all the pics.a
Tina I love seeing all your beautiful pictures, it’s a joy to sit down and take those few minutes out of the day for beauty. I especially love the pictures of your home and would love to see all the rooms in your house, as I’m sure they are all beautiful.
These posts are always such fun – a glimpse into the life of Tina! I especially love the pic of Teddy! Hope you are enjoying your relaxing weekend! xoxo
