Hey everyone! This is a bit of an impromptu post, but I just had to share. We recently renovated one of our two tiny powder rooms, and I’m loving how fresh and new everything feels. We installed beautiful new console sinks, updated the flooring, and gave it a fresh coat of paint—proof that pretty things really do come in small packages!

Now, I’m at the fun (but slightly overwhelming) part: choosing a wallpaper. I’m envisioning something in the tan/brown/gold family—a rich neutral that adds warmth and elegance. I’ve narrowed it down to six gorgeous options (because let’s be real, if I didn’t set a deadline, I could spend months scouring for more) and still only see a fraction of whats out there!

I’d love your input. Showing you the tiny powder room as it stands now with console and light fixture. Now,  you get to use your imagination and great taste.  Which two are your favorites? Let me know what you think—I can’t wait to bring this little space to life, tiny but mighty)

Please choose from this list (not considering anything else) have to stay hyper focused on this as I have multiple decisions I am making and this needs to be done swiftly.

Thanks in advance!

It was hard to pick a favorite because they are all so pretty. Look forward to seeing what comes in first and what you decide to use. Fun post!

I have a tiny powder room, too, although mine doesn’t have any windows. I added a chair rail and wainscoting on the bottom half and painted it all glossy white, then wallpapered the top half with a silver chinoiserie paper by Thibault. And the ceiling was also wallpapered with a coordinate. The contractors hated doing it, but that extra bit of molding really adds dimension to the little room.

I love #1 and #6 for a small powder room. I think they would make the space appear larger.

Obviously your choice, but I wouldn’t use beige or brown in a powder room as it’s not very flattering to one’s complexion. Additionally, it’s one room you can have some fun boldness. I would stick with your blues, aqua or blush.

Hi Tina, So fun to not only see what you do, but be involved in the choices!
Please let us know which you decide to use…and share photos.
Would love to see your final choice and how it looks…

Lots of pretties to choose from! Is this for your intermediate home or your “final” home?
I love Hydrangea Drape and have seen it in a small powder room, but one that didn’t have a window, so more uninterrupted pattern.
Whatever you choose will be lovely. Awaiting your choice!

I have 3 in my master by in navy and white and love the pattern very much. You will as well. Enjoy!

I love number 3 and would love to know more information about it, i.e., company and design name.

As usual, all of your choices are lovely but #4 would give the room some drama with the darker color, the ikat print mimics the sink shape and floor geometry and the grasscloth would bring some added texture. Its hard to see but it looks like there is a floral element to it as well in the stripe but the image is not clear. It is a timeless yet modern look and the warm brown would pair well with the brass tones while allowing the beautiful white ceiling fixture to shine. My second choice would be #2, It is feminine and charming, would add a touch of color to the space and some curves to the otherwise angular, geometric sink, tile and light fixture while keeping the room bright and cheery. Can’t wait to see what you choose!

All lovely wallpapers ! I can see why you want other opinions ! I can’t wait to see what you choose !

Powder rooms should be GLAMOROUS. Think about adding lots of GOLD accessories. Your window shutter style window treatment is so outdated. And, besides that “white” is too boring. This powder room needs some excitement. Add a CRYSTAL CHANDELIER not a boring white lantern. And because you have a freestanding sink and wallpaper to-be, DON’T RUIN your gorgeous newly added wallpaper by putting a ULGY chrome toilet paper dispenser on the lower wall…YUCK….Think about placing a lovely box on the floor filled with everything your guests will need for a satisfying visit to your GLAM powder room. Also, check out books by MEG BRAFF and KATIE RIDDER or better yet, hire one of them.
