Hi friends hope you have had a good week. I want to thank everyone for your wonderful input on the Enchanted Home poll yesterday (click here if you missed it) plus a chance for a $100 giveaway. Your input is so valuable and i am going to finish going over all the results and will share them with you soon.
Busy week over here, when is it really not ever? Plus there was an added dose of stress which didn’t help matters. I was able to fit in pickleball twice this week which is a great stress alleviator (plus flowers of course)!
The highlights of my weeks are always visits with Phillip and more “babysitting gigs”. Always love the chance to watch him and spend time with the little cutie. We have an equally busy weekend ahead, a bridal shower, a party and a big extended. family dinner. I will be honest, I don’t love weekends when I have to do anything 3 days in row. But doesn’t happen that often and I am sure it will be enjoyable, just normally need a day after to decompress a little:)
Our warehouse is really humming along and it feels so good for everything to finally be finding its place, not quite down but definitely in the final stretch. We will continue on with our warehouse sales and will eventually open up by appt only, which is something many have requested over time. So things are all moving in the right direction!
Every few weeks I share random highlights (the good and pretty only) of life in the last few weeks. It will be such fun one day to look back at these. OK here is life in the last week or two….
Who knew this small nondescript room could bring me so much joy! I step in and its like walking into a therapist office, close the door and shut out all the stressors of every day lie. Just me and my flowers, even if for 20 minutes, its quite cathartic
And the flowers seem to be quite happy here
A recent batch of flowers purchased to make three arrangements, one for a friends birthday, one for a hostess for a party and one for me:)
This pretty arrangement in our favorite white lattice planter is going to a friend today for her birthday!
Sometimes taking time out of a busy work day, getting a great meal at a favorite Greek restaurant with dear friends is just what you need:)
As we are undergoing our major makeover at the warehouse, I took a bunch of pictures of some of our beautiful products…
When I featured my 24″ eggs they literally flew off the shelves especially since the last batch was marked down to $75.00! We have 4 or 5 left! They make the most beautiful and sophisticated Easter/Spring statement.Click here
Back at the warehouse, these ice buckets above have me dreaming of summer nights and entertaining..
Love our porcelain balls, they are so fabulous filled in big bowls!
Newly stocked on lampshades and sconce shades (click here)
Our cane wicker trays are perfect for spring and summer entertaining!
Was headed to a dinner party last weekend and made this arrangement for our host in our large glass urn, so elegant, was tempted to keep it for myself!
A few pictures from around here, as we settle in and find a place for everything (well almost)!
Made the infamous tachin again with a mixed chopped salad…so so good! If you missed the recipe, click here
When I don’t have fresh flowers, our faux are excellent standins! I love our tulips, lily of the valley and peonies. I even mix them in with real and no one ever knows!
And while I have your attention…..would love your 2 cents. Made myself a little nuts over the second tiny powder room wallpaper but thanks to Danika Herrick working with me and customizing things, i got just the paper I wanted. So honored in fact that she is naming this pattern after me!!
So there are two options (subtle) the floral vertical line can be left plain OR shaded in a soft cream.Do you have a preference?

the powder room wallpaper!!! Hubs just agreed to wallpaper mural…& install…he’s a keeper…still after 54 years!!
(Well…that’s not the only reason he brings me coffee every morning, etc.)
so much prettiness here it made my day. Love love your blog and did I ever tell you that you’re an excellent picture taker, do you use a phone or an SLR? I would be very curious.
LOVE the extra depth and interest the cream stripe adds to your “namesake” wallpaper! Can’t wait to see your choice up in the completed bath! Be sure to post photos please!
The custom wallpapers are beautiful! As you know, you have to be careful when mixing whites and creams. It looks like the white on your walls and fixtures is a bright, true white. However, cream and off-white have a yellow based undertone which can look “dirty” next to the true white in the bathroom. Make sure you repeat the creamy yellow undertone somewhere else in the bathroom to make it look intentional instead of looking you like accidentally mixed “clean” and “dirty” undertones.
Two items of interest: 1) Would love to make your tachin however; recipe was not included. Please share. 2) Love the choice of paint color selected for your rooms. Please share brand of paint as well as color. Fabulous! What you have accomplished in a brief amount of time is beyond remarkable. Congratulations!

I voted 1 because cream looks dated. And the room is white.

The moody colors in the new house are fabulous. Quite a departure from your regular palate. Congrats on the wallpaper–it’s stunning!
Lovely to see natural wood pieces and a return to a more traditional style.
