I wanted to share the results from the customer poll I did last week. I try to do these types of posts twice a year because they’re not only a great way to keep you in the loop with everything happening on our end, but they’re also invaluable to me as a business owner. Your feedback gives me incredible insight into what’s working, what you love, and where we can improve. I truly believe the only way we can continue to grow and evolve is by staying open to suggestions and hearing what our treasured and faithful customers have to say.
Overall, I’d say this was a fantastic report card, and it really validated what I do. I was so proud as I read through the responses! I loved all of the suggestions. Of course, we’re being very strategic about how we expand our product offerings—there’s so much that goes into that process. It’s not just about having a great idea, but making sure it’s something unique in the marketplace, cost-effective in today’s increasingly unpredictable world of imports and exports, and ultimately something that fits within our brand. But rest assured, I take note of everything you suggest, and who knows—some of these ideas may come to fruition down the line!
One thing that really surprised me was how many people didn’t realize I have a blog! I always assumed most customers found me through the blog, but clearly that’s not the case. I know blogs aren’t as popular as they once were, but for me, it’s here to stay. I love writing them, and for those of you who read along, don’t worry—I’m not going anywhere!
The most interesting part for me, though, was your overall feedback. It was overwhelmingly positive (which warmed my heart), but I also appreciated the few constructive criticisms that came through. I’ve read them carefully and am already thinking about how we can improve in those areas.
So, thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who took the time to contribute. Your input means the world to me and helps shape the future of The Enchanted Home! So here we go….
Cannot tell you how much I enjoyed and appreciated your taking the time for this. It means so much. Of course I blushed over the accolades but took equally seriously any constructive criticism (thankfully far and few between) This helps us to get better and better! If you didn’t have a chance to weigh in but have a suggestion or product idea feel free to leave it in the comments section.
Thanks for stopping by, and again, I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to vote and provide your valuable feedback!
THREE ANNOUNCEMENTS-
We are already half full for our Enchanted Home Love contest! This is your chance to show your decorating skills and send in 1-2 pictures featuring an item from The Enchanted Home. We will hold a contest within 2 weeks and the winner will win 3 consecutive monthly shipments from us (porcelain, glass, wicker, all the good stuff)!
Send in your pictures to info@enchantedhome.com (write contest on subject line)
Our fabulous porcelain presale started yesterday and it is good! Things are going fast, and for the first time our ginger jar canister/cookie jar sets are available to purchase
Just this morning the last our of fabulous belljars have been dramatically marked down and put into a sale category. These are a steal and no doubt will go fast!
I have slowly modified a very traditional decor, and would like to see some quality nautically inspired (not kitschy) items. Unfortunately I am having less and less space in my house to add much more! But I still really enjoy your posts!
Please add more gold or gold and white porcelain products. Not everyone is into the other colours.
But your products are beautiful nonetheless. I just wish I could purchase more in my colour group.
I love your company and all you offer! I would love to see more nautical, lake house decor. It’s hard to find quality decor in that niche. Most is cheaply made and hard to find. Love seeing photos of your sweet grandson! We have a granddaughter a little bit older and being a grandparent is the best!
