Hi there, Happy Sunday and Happy Superbowl day!  I cannot tell you how much of a reprieve writing this blog has been and keeping up with it amidst the absolute chaos of moving. When I would take a little break to sit down and write my blog, I instantly felt like I could shut off the outside noise even if for just 2o minutes. So much to update you on with regard to the big move and the one I have officially dubbed “the second to last move I will EVER make”!

Boy is it exhausting. Yes, we had movers but in terms of personal things and my china,crystal, etc..I prefer to take a hands on approach and do it myself. It is a lot of work but I have a method to my madness, and like to take stock of what I have as I am also reorganizing and in some cases purging/donating. More on that on my next House diaries post. Today, its a day to do a little organizing (limiting myself to 2 hours) then pickleball and finally some cooking. Happy to have this somewhat lazy Sunday. Onward to my post this week…..

1 TWO OF THE MOST EXCITING NEW PRODUCTS COMING IN MARCH/APRIL!   In truth, I get excited over everything I create and the creative process is by far what I love most about the business I am in. When I get samples back, it is either an immediate innate feeling of sheer joy over them or feeling like I need to get back to the drawing board.

Well, in these two cases, these actual product even surpassed my imagination. I designed them but couldn’t imagine how magnificent they would be! These were an immediate ” put into production”! I will start with 3 or 4 colors of each. One size of each. I know what we do well with an something tells me these wilt become quick best sellers. I would love your opinion as to colors.

The green is a no brainer, but debating between other colors. The soft blue another definite, would love your take on the remaining two colors!

Love this hanging lantern so. much, you know me and lattice anything. Already have two spots for it. This beauty is 26″ tall

And then I present to you this fabulous bamboo pagoda mirror, ooh la la! Mirror has not been put in yet but how gorgeous!!

2 A MUST OWN LOUNGE SET I normally go to Amazon for paper towels, printing paper and the like but came across this suggestion in Southern Living Magazine as being a lounge set to own for under $40! 4 DANIKA HERRICK PAPERS I have spoken often of my love for her beautiful designs in fabric and wallpaper. She is so talented, wonderful to work with and I love that you can customize things with her. I was not planning on doing any wallpaper other than the two tiny powder rooms but then I see this beauty and I can’t stop thinking about it! Love a great roomy tote, that’s all I use every day. It was so good looking, no splashy logos just a great looking soft leather tote.

7 SUNDAYS SURVEY Of course I have to make this Superbowl related! So…..curious how many of you are big football fans, tune in just for this “football showdown” or maybe, don’t watch at all. I occasionally football during the season as a good and willing sport,  as my son and dad are devout diehard fans but honestly not a huge fan of football in general.

However,  we pretty much always watch the Superbowl. Normally we get together with friends, but I am so happy tonight we will be home (I will be cooking) with my son, his wife and our honorary guest, Phillip to watch his first Superbowl:)
