Well, today I can officially say our massive (and I do not use that word lightly!) warehouse cleanup is complete. It was truly a Herculean task, and I am beyond grateful to my incredible team who tackled it so brilliantly. Everything now has a proper place, we know exactly what we have, and—most importantly—we were able to implement a completely accurate inventory count. What a relief, long time coming!
Along the way, there were quite a few surprises…
One of the biggest (and happiest) surprises was rediscovering just how much silver we had tucked away. We always knew there were odds and ends, but the quantities were greater than expected. Silver has been such a popular category for us, and when we announced it was being discontinued, the response was overwhelming. It was only then, that I realized how popular it was (though it tends to be a seasonal category- fall and winter). Our plan was to bring back a curated collection of favorites this fall, but with the tariff situation and the highest tier placed on metals, it simply wasn’t possible.
This is the first of two silver sales and between the two we expect to liquidate all silver (and maybe next year things will normalize and we can import a small curated collection)
Which is exactly why this special sale is so phenomenal. Great time to buy silver as it is so fabulous to use for the upcoming holiday season.

Granted these need a really good silver polish but will polish up beautifully! They definitely need some elbow grease and a great polish cream but once shined up, they are gorgeous as seen below.
