Hi, hope you are enjoying beautiful weather this weekend. At last spring seems to be here and for good. This post is short and sweet:) As we continue to work on my new site, I am coming across some oldies but goodies…and must say I really enjoyed reading them again.
Some were temporarily “misplaced in cyberspace” and comments sadly lost when I made the transition from Blogger to WordPress. Happily, all posts were recovered but some comments gone, the one thing I was most upset about was losing all the comments from “Why fall sometimes makes me cry” , it was so heartwarming to know I had so much company in my feelings:) and honestly your many words of encouragement got me through a hard time…saying goodbye to my kids and their childhood.
Thought you too might have fun seeing some older posts that possibly you missed. So if this finds you enjoying the luxury of a lazy Saturday afternoon, you might have fun going through some of these….
Hope you enjoy, it was such fun going through some of these old posts and walking down memory lane! Rest assured, there are a lot more to share and I will periodically do this in batches from time to time, as you might have missed some of these favorites. Thanks for making me part of your weekend, enjoy your day! Until next time….

I love all your posts but I have been trying to figure out what dishes you used on your Thanksgiving table – can you please let me know the name of the China and the pattern.
I went to the post about “Why Fall Makes Me Cry A Little”, and now I’m the one with my baby being 17 and not needing me and hopping into his car without a thought for me, and I welled up! Now I know how you felt! It hurts… letting go. So if you ever have a chance to write about how you got through having an empty nest, I’m all ears. Have a lovely weekend…
Tina… just called Sista… we’re going to get a glass of vino and go through every one!! Can’t wait. There will be a lot of ooohing and aahing. What can I say… you have made our Saturday night! Have a great weekend. I’ll see you tomorrow with coffee in hand for Seven on Sunday.
Tina, Happy Thanksgiving is one of my favorite posts. Will you share info on your place setting…silver and China patterns? I also like the post on your husband’s bathroom.
Hi Tina, I’m loving the review of old posts and am trying to pin various pictures & don’t seem to be able to. Any clues as to why I can’t ? Adored your young mans graduation dinner. And on another matter all together…do you ship to New Zealand??? I have my eye on some of your beautiful silver pieces??. Many thanks in advance
