Hello and happy Sunday…can you believe it’s Labor Day weekend!! Hope everyone is having an enjoyable holiday weekend, we are finally having gorgeous weather. In the 70’s and sunny…works for me!<\/p>\n

We went on a friends beautiful boat to CT for dinner, supposed to be going to the Hampton Classic horse show today with friends (though someone in my household is already rumbling about traffic so this remains to be seen) and\u00a0 are doing some entertaining tomorrow which should be fun. So we are ending a rather uneventful summer with a fun bang. On we go with my Sunday post….<\/p>\n

They go perfectly with anything from fish, chicken, steak or just to serve a a great, flavorful and always popular side dish. I made them with branzino and a chopped Greek salad and it was a perfect pairing.
