Several came in with either damaged or missing wheels. Beautiful raised floral pieced design 3″ border. This can easily mix and match with your favorite china. Can be put in dishwasher. We got a big batch of them that we had to deem the second batch as “seconds” because the finished coat added a very subtle yellow cast to the top (only) of these. Truth is if we didn;t tell you, you probably wouldn’t notice but some might have a slight yellow cast to the top only. So these are heavily reduced about 50% off. Down to the last several in our last two colors, these will go fast!
