Hello and TGIF! You know when I started blogging almost 6 years ago and started my online shop about 3 years ago, I have to admit I never dreamed it would open up so many doors and so many wonderful creative outlets. I didn’t know where it would lead me, as I did it initially as more of a hobby and didn’t start it with really any expectations. Little did I know it would grow into a full fledged bonafide career.\u00a0 I have always been a creative person but finding a career path that has allowed me to channel that creative energy and watch something come to life has been fulfilling beyond words. I feel blessed to do what I love and get to do it every single day:)<\/p>\n

So thought it would be fun to share from time to time where those creative energies have taken me. I will call these posts “Celebrating what I do”.\u00a0 From being the recipient of many beautiful items that I fill my own home with (as well as many others). I get no greater satisfaction than when I get my customer pictures in featuring my items. It’s one thing to see something pretty and buy it, it’s a whole other thing, to dream it, design it, create it and watch it come to life.<\/p>\n

Today is a post celebrating what I love and what I\u00a0 get to do at The Enchanted Home,\u00a0 featuring a bevy of things that I have created, from silver to porcelains to tole to\u00a0 flowers.\u00a0 I will feature these posts from time to time, and will also feature my customer pictures as well so do by all means, keep them coming! Took great pleasure in designing my bunny and egg porcelain collection and mine stay out year round!!<\/p>\n

The tuliperes are one of my most favorite things that I have designed to date and have been so popular, we offer them in three styles, original, village scene (shown here) and solid white. These gorgeous planters on either side, I created off of an antique pair I have owned. for years. We normally can’t keep these in stock, but we just got a bunch in!<\/p>\n

Just\u00a0 LOVE my mini silver tea lamps and beautiful line of silver including my gorgeous array of elegant silver chargers. Another idea born out of not being able to find it, I had seen them at the Polo Bar (similar) but could not find high quality heavy beautiful lamps…so I created them!<\/p>\n

Anyone who knows me knows my passion for beautiful pillows, have such fun creating them for my special clients<\/p>\n

The porcelain collection which grows by the month is the crux of my business and I am as passionate about it today as I was almost three years ago<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This table setting is one of my all time favorites, love the blue, white and yellow. Featuring the original style melamine and the original as well as solid white topiaries.<\/p>\n

My gift wrap line was born out of not loving the gift wrap out there, so I created it and never looked back:)<\/p>\n

My melamine has been a huge hit, I created sophisticated plates that only look like china but are easy,lightweight, maintenance free and affordable…they can fool almost anyone!<\/p>\n

Adore this orange, blue and white pagoda melamine set its a new pattern this year and so fabulous!<\/p>\n

More flower arrangements and of course my gorgeous Stafforshire dogs, which have\u00a0 been super popular, they are a classic!<\/p>\n

Imagine my delight walking into Brennans in New Orleans and seeing my chinoiserie tole planters in both the ladies and mens room!!! i did a little happy dance (and no I did not walk in to the mens room, my son did:)<\/p>\n

Can I say that this has me a wee bit excited for the holdiays!! I almost forgot how much fun it is to decorate, all pieces on the mantle from my shop<\/p>\n

This post has me smiling from ear to ear. Even on weeks where the stress level is higher, this is a happy and beautiful reminder as to why I feel so fortunate to do what I do every single day.
