Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I am away this weekend visiting my mom while my dad travels. I took a self imposed “instabreak” from Instagram so I could be totally present with my mom. I am looking forward to spending quality time with her as we must value the time we have with our elderly parents, as so many of you know!<\/p>\n

So hopefully this is posting on time. So happy to be in the first week of March, spring is marching closer and closer. And after the extremely underwhelming winter we had, spring cannot come a moment too soon!<\/p>\n

Meanwhile,\u00a0 the Coronavirus scare rages on and you can’t help but think about it, as it’s all you seem to hear about. I am finding myself tuning into the news less as it can make you a little paranoid! That said, it is incredibly important to obviously be very vigilant as there is still so much about this virus that they do not yet even know. 3 INSTAGRAMS OF INTEREST<\/strong> A beautiful round of Instagrams, and definitely starting to feel a spring-y vibe to them……at long last!<\/p>\n

4. A FEW GREAT DOCUMENTARIES <\/strong>Documentaris are by far my favorite genre of movies. I could watch them all day, and I love everything from food and wine, culture\u00a0 to historical to biographical and whatever else they want to throw at me. I love<\/em> watching them and love learning about things. I watched two very interesting ones this past week. Both on Netflix.<\/p>\n

The first is called “Jacob”. It is a story of a brilliant man with I think its 9 or 10 advanced degrees. He is eccentric but in a fascinating and is a doctor, lawyer, poet, playwright, tour guide and more!\u00a0 Many wonder if he ever sleeps! Fascinating character and interesting story about a normal guy with an extraordinary mind-<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Fasting was really really good and I highly recommend this. Validates the buzz about fasting in recent years as well as supports the incredible health turnarounds it is affording those that follow this.<\/p>\n

They speak about all the different types of fastings and if you have ever been curious, this is an excellent film that I cannot recommend highly enough. Science now supports what used to be thought of as an unorthodox health practice. There are incredible resources, a vast amount of information in this documentary in addition to probably answering any and every question you may have ever had about fasting, intermittent or otherwise.<\/p>\n
