Hello and happy Sunday to you. Hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend. Here,\u00a0 having a nice chill weekend and really enjoying my down time. The weather has been quite spectacular so today I am going to hit a few spots and hopefully pick up some flowers. Amazing but many places locally have had a hard time getting in flowers, there’s been a real shortage, even Whole Foods was wiped out and had nothing. They said this has not happened before. Hoping I get lucky today!<\/p>\n

We had a busy week last week with the first part of our tabletop arriving, and have the second part coming in this week along with our porcelain shipment. Then another two shipments next week, yes no grass growing under our feet here. We are doing our very best to turn around orders as fast as humanly possible!<\/p>\n

****A note to anyone who placed an order for our spring presale wicker shipment- we got the first part of the shipment on Friday and have already started shipping things out. The wicker consoles and urns, pagoda dog beds (and large colored wicker planters) are arriving on the second part of that shipment around May 20th. 2 A FAVORITE SOUP<\/strong> I am one of those who makes soup year round, I think it makes such a great meal, always warm and comforting. Yes, even in the summer, I make and eat soup:) Ina Garten’s minestrone is so good and i’ts the first time I have ever added white wine to a soup but it absolutely works and really enhances the flavor.<\/p>\n

I do not add my pasta to the entire pot as I cannot stand mushy pasta.I cook mine very al dente set it aside the colander and add a handful of the pasta to each piping hot bowl I serve. The heat of the soup quickly was up the pasta and it’s always perfectly al dente this way!<\/p>\n
