Hi! Hope you are enjoying a wonderful and enjoyable Sunday. After a blissful week at PB, I am well rested and ready to roll my sleeves up and get back to work. Rest and the ability to recharge is so important and I have gotten better as I get older in recognizing when I need to unplug. And I find that doing so regularly really helps with my productivity and just getting back on track with things.<\/p>\n

We are so happy that things are finally moving, still with some delays but far better than what the situation was just a few months ago. Anywho, moving along to this Sunday’s post….<\/p>\n

2\u00a0 OBSESSION WITH LATTICE<\/strong> Always been obsessed with lattice, scallops, piercing and other design details. I have a lattice inspired project I am going to be starting to work on and will share it when I begin. I found these super inexpensive vinyl lattice panels which to me reads almost maintenance free. I love wood lattice but it is work and I am looking for something I won’t have to worry about (will be outdoors).\u00a0 I am so excited to begin. 5 MY FAVORITE CHICKEN SALAD <\/strong>I have written about this a few times but its been a while and it is worth reminding you about as it is so darn good! It is a wonderful salad to make for a luncheon, or even a light dinner. It tastes amazing literally with any kind of bread, a rich multi grain, sourdough, even on a wrap….delish and the most flavorful chicken salad I have ever eaten, soo good! Might even be better the next day refrigerated, so you can get two days out of this scrumptious recipe!<\/p>\n
