Hi and happy Friday. Hope you are doing well. My days have been endless over here. Between our renovation revving up and my NYC project taking up a lot of my time, there has been almost zero down time. The few minutes I am able to carve out are especially meaningful (first to spend time with Phillip and Sophia, then rummikub, dinner with friends and pickleball)! Plus these summer days are going by too fast. I cannot believe a large swath of kids are already back in school!
This is heavy on design because quite frankly that is what’s been consuming my days so if you don’t like design and project pictures, you may not find this terribly interesting. OK, here we go…
And that about sums up my week, a busy busy but very productive one. Much more where this came from. Wishing everyone a happy Friday, can you believe next weekend is Labor Day! Summer has flown, I say it every year but it feels faster as the years tick on. Thanks for stopping in, wishing everyone a wonderful day!

I think this above is so rich, love how moody it is. Would love to use this somewhere, could be beautiful for a small bar
I am mixing some beautiful framed subways in porcelain with marble mosaic flooring, below is the “kids” bathroom

Back to the NYC project, this beautiful mural is being installed in a small vestibule leading to master bedroom
