Good morning, everyone! Hope you’re all doing well and enjoying this beautiful fall season! I must say, I am loving every minute of it. Slowly but surely, our temperatures are getting a little cooler, though we’ve had some unexpectedly warm days. Personally, I live for those crisp fall days when you need a cozy sweater, maybe even a light jacket.
The foliage seemsreally late this year. I have yet to see any major changes, which gives me a little hope that I might still make it up to Vermont to catch the tail end of thatfoliage after all. I was so disappointed to miss my usual early October trip, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
Now, let’s talk about front doors and fall decorating. First of all, do you decorate for fall? Are you someone who goes all out with mums, pumpkins and all the trimmings, or do you prefer a more understated, minimalist approach?
I typically love decorating my front door and stoop for fall, but I have to confess, this year I’ve been a total slug. I haven’t done a single thing. I think part of it is that I don’t quite feel settled or completely at home right now, and of course, with our house still under construction, there’s that too. Next year for sure!
But that doesn’t mean I can’t dream a little. And we all know how much I love dreaming about beautiful homes and all the little details that make them special.
So, just for fun, I put together 10 beautiful fall front doors, eachwith its own personality and charm. Some are more traditional, others a little unexpected, but all are beautiful in their own way.
I would absolutely love to know which TWO are your favorites! Okay, enoug talking…let me show you……..
